I bought these Audien Ion Pro hearing aids to replace the Bose Lexie II that I hated. They broke just a couple of days after the 1 year warranty. That is good and bad because they didn't perform as expected. So far these Audiens are working fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased these Hearing Aids as a relevantly stop gap to tie me over until I can get to my Audiology appointment at the Veterans Administration facility I utilize. The appointment was not until October 2nd, but fortunately they had a cancellation and called me and gave it to me. I still had one functioning unit until this morning, and it also broke. Obviously at the VA I am not charged. Frank handled the issue in a very courteous and professional manner, in just a very few minutes. Kudos to Frank!!!
