Jourdan Rosero was GREAT. I joined the meeting too early but Jourdan waited for me. I realized that I had a problem and hung up and found Jourdan's email and used his link and he was waiting, as I was a few m8nutes late. He walked me through how to change modes, explaining the mode that will work best in noisy, enclosed places, like restaurants. He is patient and profezsional! Definitely 5 stars.

I purchased the Atom Pro 2 hearing aids.The hearing aids are very good. The problem I have is that they are too large for my ears.
