I wanted to buy the earbud domes in only one size and not have to buy the kit with multiple sizes. In my call, I found out that I could buy the small size domes and wax guards separately.

I bought this device a month ago and I needed some support in order to have the device working with my sister. Al gave me very good support and even planned for a next meeting where we together with my sister will resolve a pending issue

video instruction with AJ was so helpful. She took the time to explain the differences in volume and mode and was so patient and kind to my mom as she struggled a bit to find the correct setting. Would definitely recommend the video instruction to anyone wearing hearing aids for the first time.
