Just got the hearing aids! Vena was successful if guiding me thru placing them in my ear to cleaning at night when I am ready to sleep.

Jourdan was extremely helpful and informative. He is very professional, yet friendly and approachable. He provided tips and tricks to assist in acclimating to the Atom Pro 2, and gave encouragement to continue usage every day so my brain can adjust to the new normal of hearing and listening. I recommend him to anyone who is just starting on their journey to hearing again!
