I LOVE my new hearing aids. My hearing loss is fairly mild at this point in time, but will continue to degrade over ensuing years. When I read that hearing loss can be a big factor in dementia, and I’m currently 79, and I have dementia in my family history, I decided to be proactive and try to stave it off. This product works just as promised, and is one of my best-ever investments!

Poor performance

I bought this Atom Pro 2 over a week ago and am unable to function with it. THe sound is too loud no matter what I do with the settings. I don't want to deal with this any more. I just want to return it and get my credit card re-imbursed for the cost. Thank you. The rep David was Quite helpful.
