Defective product

My Atom 2 came defective. One of them will not hold a charge. My hearing aid specialist Rokka was very helpful though. I'm not very happy I have to return both hearing aids and wait for you to receive them to get a replacement, but the one works well, so as long as both new ones work, I will be happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't skip the onboarding!

Onboarding was very helpful. Very excited to use these in noisy restaurants with my soft-talking friends and family that I have difficulty hearing. Love that I can adjust volume and mode for noise canceling.
