Al was very, very helpful. He even showed me how to turn on the camera of my laptop. And he reassured me that he would help me return one of the two hearing aids I bought, and would help my husband learn how to use them.

Better than I expected for an OTC hearing aid!

I bought these a bit ago on sale, and I struggled with them at first. But then I had my consultation with Drey and I got straightened out. Basically, I was doing everything wrong. I have high hopes that I'll be able to hear people in restaurants again! Thank guy, Drey!
