Handled my request quickly and efficiently. Understood why I wanted to cancel. Units are great, chargers are terrible. 3 have gone bad in less than a year and they are not covered by any warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my hearing aids - just wish I had purchased them sooner. Never have I had a more pleasant and helpful person than Robin.
