I was having a challenging time with deciding which mode and volume to use. Vicente was very patient in guiding me. I'm going to use his suggestions to help adjust to the hearing aids.

I have used this hearing aids for a week and am well pleased. Jordan was extremely helpful in clearing up concerns I had about the aids. He made suggestions that I am anxious to try.
