Very good product. I just had a question bc the two pods operate differently. The one is nonchargable and i missed that, so wondered why the thing didnt.

Did not work out because of my hearing loss frequencies did not match the output of the device, but they were very professional and after consultation promptly processed the return

Pro 2 hearing aids

Jeremy was great. He listened to my issues I was having with the Pro 2 hearing aids. He said that he could replace them with another one at no additional cost
