LJ did not give up until she solved my issue. She's a real trooper. It took a bit of time to figure out the problem but she stuck with me until we were able to work it out. Very grateful for her patience and persistence

Up until then, we found the aid to be excellent.

Getting replacement hearing aids to work

The help desk folks were very helpful and professional. It would have been better if Audien had sent instructions to remove and reinstall the app when the replacement hearing aids were sent.

Big hearing improvement

I bought the Atom One a couple of weeks ago. I am just noticing some hearing loss and am tired of saying "What?". I am still learning to wear them and getting used to them, but am looking forward to better hearing!
