Recommend Onboarding Training!

I’m a beginner with using hearing aids, and my onboarding specialist, Vena, did a perfect job of instructing me through the proper usage and cleaning of the aids. I’m going to upgrade the pair I bought and am looking forward to settling in with becoming a wearer.

Atom 2 could not fit

I purchased the Atom 2 unit for my sister but she could not get it to work. The ear dome is too big and it was difficult to remove. We were afraid to break it so never changed it.
Allan offered upgrading it with smaller domes. Willing to try that.
