Additional purchase question

I have the Ion Pro and am very pleased with them. However, the right hearing aid does not charge to 100%, rather to 93%. And charge declines so that they have to be charged twice/three times daily. I do not stream at all, and disconnect the app as recommended. Can I purchase another right ear device? I am willing to do this.

An excellent learning experience

I received my Audien Atom 2 Pro hearing aids a couple of weeks ago. I was having feedback issues with the hearing aids (annoying squealing that even others heard) . My specialist Al corrected this issue by teaching me how to properly insert the hearing aids. Alos had to much volume...He corrected this by showing me how to use the modes properly.

My rating is based on the ease of returning the Atom Pro 2 hearing aids. I was too used to my prescription hearing aids that were tuned for a performing musician.
