Allan helped me walk through the process of exchanging my purchase. I originally ordered the atom pro 2 for my mother but she did not like the heaviness and it was too big for her ears. Allan was able to exchange this product for the ion. I am pleased with the outcome so far.

I bought the ATOM one model in July 2025.
I already had a hearing aid, but the ads on line for the Audien hearing aids were so impressive that I decided to buy knowing that if I wasn't satisfied, I could return them for a refund, which I am now doing.rn
