I was having trouble with my unit and Kathryn decided that the ear pieces were not working for my ear canal .

I've had the hearing aids for several months and was very happy with them, but started having trouble charging one of them. I emailed support. Jeremy called me that evening. I explained the problem and he took care of it right away. Audien sent a new pair of hearing aids. Very happy with this kind of support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Customer Serive

I had issues (screeching) with the Atom Pro 2 hearing aid. Catherine with Audien Hearing was very professional and helpful. She tried to troubleshot the problem with me on the phone. Her instructions were clear and she was very patient. We were unable to remedy the issue and she quickly offered to replace the hearing aids.
I would recommend this to a friend!
