Excellent OTC aids.

I have worn 2 sets of RX hearing aids. I had to learn patience, but I bought from 3 OTC companies and finally the third set the Audien are great. I have worn aids before and had to be firm with myself the first 2 weeks. Even as an previous user there was an adjustment period. Don't get discouraged...these are the best OTC and I have moderate to severe hearing loss. I am so glad I read the reviews and stuff with the adjustment period. The little video is a great aid as well. I had a question about using the chargers and they called me to answer it. This company does provide support. Thank you Audien.

Once I was able to get through to someone live , he was very helpful and courteous , he offered upgrades and solutions, and stayed on the line until I received my email with qr. code.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the atom pro 2 OTC for my mom but had no luck, after speaking with Jeremy he suggested to try the atom one OTC which I’m willing to give a try before I have to find other options on my own.
