Needed to return my behind the ear hearing aids for the pro which can be controlled by my phone. I have arthritis bad in my fingers and cannot do the buttons. Very understanding. Great service

I bought hearing aids almost a month ago. A couple of weeks ago I contacted Audien. I thought I had to return them to them. They contacted me. Offering me another option to try. Because of my medical issue. Whenever I had a question or concern they responded quickly. Very throughall. So my rating is for service not hearing aids at this time

I purchased the Pro 2 aids about 9 months ago and love them. I had another brand for over a year and they were not even close to the sound quality of the Pro 2. With the Pro 2 I set the sound at 3 and can hear great. 5 is to loud but does not squeak. The other brand above 2 squeaks. Also the other brand sounded tinny when I listened to music, the Pro 2 have an even sound range.
The support is excellent but only called to initially set them up.
