Zack was excellent to get back with me over a misunderstanding of the purchase of (2) pair of Ion Pro hearing aids. I only received (1). He ran down the problem and got back with me the next day. My thanks to Zack!

Feah, was absolutely wonderful in explaining the start up and what to expect of my pair of Audien Atom 2 hearing aids. Looking forward to not saying the word “huh” again!

Gannah was very attentive, compassionate and helpful. She listened to my story of the struggles we were having with finding a good hearing solution for our elderly aunt and offered a better solution than what we were dealing with. She did her job very well. Thank you!

Audien set-up experience

She did a good job walking me through the steps. However the Atom 1 was giving a lot of feedback which we couldn't solve. She upgraded me to the Atom 2 without charge. Waiting for those and we'll see how they function.

Not as advertised.

We bought these 3 weeks ago. The ear buds were too big, even the small ones. And they just made the sound like I had my fingers in my ears.
