So Far, So Good

I've only been wearing the hearing aids for a few days so I haven't formed been able to form a valid opinion. So far I like the form factor of the product. Small, comfortable and easy to use.
The onboarding presentation I received was very professional and very helpful. It is a good and effective way to present the benefits of the product and to help new users of hearing aids define expectations.

This product did not work for my situation, feedback was awful. I had the Atom pro 2. The only good experience was working with Ezz to try to fix the feedback issue, he really tried to help me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought these as a present for my mother. She's 94 years old. They didn't quite work for her so we're gonna try another set different type.
