Jordan was helpful with my return after he gave the usual sales pitch to try an behind ear device which I have tried previously and it did not work for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the Audien ION Pro 2 OTC Hearing Aids and have been wearing for two weeks about
16 hours a day. Extremely happy with my purchase. Was easy to setup and understand from the start. Had a web meeting with Vicente Venus ( Audien Hearing Specialist) who went through the complete setup and use of the hearing aids. Answered all my questions and was very profesional and polite. Highly recomend these OTC hearing aids.

David the Rep was polite and listened to why I was unable to fit plugs into my ear. So being very cooperative he will send me even smaller ear plugs to see if they help
