My mother in law can finally hear. It has boosted her confidence so much. The person online that helped us to install and adjust her hearing aids was very supportive and patient with us. Thank you so much

Minutes late for the video call and I don’t think I need these hearing aids because at the lowest volume setting the volume is too high and I want to return them and he was absolutely determined that I try them for a longer time and I will however I want to return them.

Thorough knowledge. Clear and to the point instructions. Important real life ltips. Provide feeling of confidence, security and satisfaction with products, workforce and Audien. Particularly Al whom instructed me. Didn't realize what a difference hearing aids would make.

David was extremely helpful in helping me with the return of the hearing aids. He was patient making sure I had all the information I needed. I am hard of hearing which always presents a priblem using the phone.The return system Audien usees is a little difficult to understsnd, However David was able to provid the information I needed. The return is now on its way to Audien
