I’ve been so upset about all this. You were so kind and understanding and very patient. I’m not computer savvy. It takes me a while to figure it all out. Im So relieved this problem is solved. My husband is very sick and can’t hear at all without the hearing aids. Thank you again for all your help.

I must say I am very frustrated because I took the wax guard out of one no problem One I cannot get it out. I hope we can resolve it. I spoke to a man this morning and he was very polite and he’s trying to rectify it for me. I don’t know why it will not come out the first one came out 123 the wax three of those blue things trying to get it out it won’t move. I hope we can resolve it by now.
