Huge Improvement

Audien solved the biggest problem I had with my first pair - adjustments. Now you can make adjustments to the hearing aids using the case. It's a whole new world.

The Audien Pro 2 were good quality for OTC hearing aids. I liked the Bluetooth features but had some problems with the connection dropping. BT along with the Audien app allowed very fine tuning that should be sufficient for most people. Like other OTC aids I have tried they tend to have some feedback. Comparing these and other OTC models to Rx hearing aids I’ve had for 4 years, the prescription models are the best. No problems with BT or feedback. Of course the problem with Rx hearing aids is the huge cost. I think the Audien Pro 2 might work for some people with mild to moderate hearing loss.

This was a christmas gift. Just started using but easy to set up.Vincent Venus was excellent at explaining everything. Couldn't have asked for a better coach.

Not right for me

I purchased atom one units and tried them for about a month. They weren't the right ones for me and returning them was simple and quick. Credit was issued quickly and accurately. Very good folks to work with.

I had some questions about the volume settings on the Atom X hearing aids. I contacted Audien Support and was able to easily set up a zoom appointment. The tech that I spoke to was Feah who quickly answered all of my questions in a very friendly and respectful way.
I would recommend this to a friend!
