Features and video conference.

I bought the Ion Pro 2 about a month ago. I like the app features that allow me to control the volume, surroundings and background noise. I really appreciate the one on one video conference. It really helped. AJ was very helpful.

These are my first hearing aids. I did a lot of online research before settling on the Audien Atom X, including talking with relatives who are presently using hearing aids. I decided to give the Atom X atry. They were on sale over Black Friday at a reasonable price, making the decision to try them easier (also, they do have a 45-day trial). I really like the carrying case concept and design that allows for control, charging and cleaning of the hearing aids. I found a comfortable pair of earbuds, and I was all set. They do take some getting used to. But the included online "onboarding" session with "Vince" really helped answer my questions and improve my experience. All said, these make hearing in a social setting and watching TV better for me.
