Excellent salesman, kind and understanding

Will was excellent in explaining the models to me. He wanted my Dad to try a different model and explained it perfectly to me. I most definitely would have tried it but since it was for my Dad I couldn’t make that decision. Dad is almost 89 and a bit ornery about the hearing aids because they didn’t work the way he wanted them to. Will was very understanding but still such a good salesman and wanted Dad to try another model and be happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do have trouble with putting it in my right ear. They don't want to stay in my ear

I’ve had these for awhile and could never get them to work properly. I got them out and Jeremy walked me through what to do and sent videos. He was awesome!!! Thanks Jeremy

I received my product yesterday and unfortunately they dont fit in my ears, I have very small ear canal openings. The gentleman who assisted me was helpful and tried to solve my problem we couldn’t.

I bought my Audien Atom Pro 2 a year ago, and I complained that one of the hearing aids does not work anymore. I have replaced the wax guard. I was told to send this package to them, and then they’ll send me a new package.

In my 88 YEARS we used to have the intimate PRAISE, AND IT WAS "BETTER THAN SEX". At my age now? That is my view, "BETTER THAN SEX" [at the age of 88 of course.
