I actually bought the Atom Pro 2 and am still adjusting to them. I found my session with Ezz to be really helpful. He listened to my issues and offered solutions and advice.

I bought about a month ago and have enjoyed being able to hear better with them. Jourdan did a great job as well instructing best practices of usage and cleaning.

I had questions about the adjustment of the volume and frequency. Also, about listening on a phone. Gannah was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do and is sending me a video to help.
