Been using 2 weeks, very good quality.. thought i knew all features until my one on one call. BTW Vincente is excellent.

It never quit squealing. Tried all the bud sizes- none of them worked. Very frustrating.

I bought this on December 3rd and they really work Great.I wish I would have bought them sooner! I lost one of them but the one year warranty would not cover them. I guess not.
