Excellent Product and Service

My husband and I received our Audien ION Pro 2 OTC Hearing Aids a week ago and no problems connecting and adjusting them.
Our Zoom meeting call was this morning with Jourdan Rosero. He was easy to communicate with. He was very clear with his questions and explanations, making it a very enjoyable experience.
When I explained our purchase was buy-on-get-one, and I needed to exchange one set, he was very good to show me the comparison of the Ion Pro 2 and the Atom Pro 1 and very graciously arranged the exchange of my hearing aid, while making sure that we could return one for exchange and keep the other.

I did not experience any improvement in hearing at meetings using Audien ATOM ONE hearing aid.

Noby was pleasant to speak with, he was vey informative, he knew his products. He was able to also give me info on what I may possibly expect & how to fix it if it happened. He also gave me options on upgrades due to the frequency issues I was having. That was good info, however, I’ve been out of work for 21 months & do have the funds for an upgrade. I saved for the least expensive because of that, but thanks for the offer.
