Good product, great support

I purchased my AtomX hearing aids in November and right away they helped me a lot on the job. I was better able to hear and respond to issues in the office. And it's been a long time since I've been able to see a movie and hear all the dialogue! I had issues with them fitting properly and sometimes popping out, but my video session with Al was a big help in getting them adjusted and calibrated to optimum function. Audien's support system is very responsive and a big plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought these about 3 weeks ago and there are good and bad. The good is that they do everything the say they will. This is my first time wearing hearing aids so I have a lot of adjusting to do. The different modes are great and being able to change on the fly is very nice. The bad, the bluetooth doesn't work well. Lots of stability and connecting issues. Told they are working on it.

Agent related service very good

Once reaching a support agent, the support haa been very good. There is an issue with the screening portion to reach an agent. I find it difficult to communicate with the service and get the attention I need.
