Vincente is very professional, easy to understand, patient, and very knowlegeable. Has a lot of experience so he explained different things to look for. He made sure to show me all the important things and I find this a clear FIVE

Great Hearing Aids

I heard great things about the Audien Hearing Aids. My relative's son would not allow his mother to receive the hearing aids as a gift from me. My co- workers all say that the Hearing aids are great!

Training is very helpful

I bought the iron Pro 2. The training session was very helpful. I recommend not doing the training on the same phone that you have installed the device. The trainer is helpful and pleasant to work with.

Excellent Sound Quality

These hearing aids went beyond my expectations. Best devices I've ever used. The price is so much better than hearing aids you get from the doctors office & the quality of sound can't compare to my former set of hearing aids. My ear canals are extremely small, so this type of hearing aid was perfect for me as it sits behind my ear with a very small connector that fits my canals perfectly. had a call with a specialist & was very happy I used that opportunity. I was made aware of features & how to use them, that I hadn't tried yet, nor knew about. I highly recommend the Atom One to everyone!

Adaptable and User Friendly

I was very pleased with the new features on the Atom X. It allows for greater control for different sound situations- i.e., conversations, crowds, TV. It also has a function to connect to your phone to steam music and calls. The portable charging case is a convenient feature allowing for access to hearing aid features and extended use.
