Remote trouble shooting my Ion Pros

I was having some problems with my Audien Ion Pros, and the feedback from my help video did the trick. I had a blocked wax guard and changing it made all the difference.

Al gave me a great orientation. He assisted in educating me on how to choose the correct ear piece for me and how to properly fit them in the ear. He also advised me on how to continuously monitoring modify settings in the future. I can't thank him enough for his guidance and expertise. Thank you AL.
