I am just trying these hearing aids today after meeting with Hearing Specialist. He helped me to find my best comfortable level of hearing for my ears and how to use app.I really appreciate his kindness, patience and his knowledge. He showed me how to check settings on my phone.
The hearing aids are comfortable and app is easy to use. Love that I can listen to pod casts right in my ears without bothering people.

Jourdan asked me about my experience with my new hearing aids. He answered all of my questions and went over the mode settings and transparency settings with me. He also suggested switching to a different size ear cup which helped quite a bit. Very good support and encouragement.
