Simplicity is the winner here

First time user of hearing aid.Audien Atom Model.I like it for it’s extremely extreme simplicity.Only 2 features,volume and frequency adjusted outside,NOT IN THE EAR and keep going.THAT SIMPLE.I noticed immediate improvement in hearing including high pitched voice.I don’t feel like removing them.once I adjusted them one time with instructions from Mr.CUEYAO I bought another pair for back up

Audien X Excellent.

I had an excellent session with AL A. to begin using my Audien X. I like them. I have only worn them one day. He explained what I need to know very well. I highly recommend him!

AJ was skilled and above all patient. She left no question unanswered and put up with my dumb questions.
As far as the product is concerned, the jury is still out. We'll see how the replacement (offered by AJ) performs.

Great hearing aids

Bought this for my mom when her prescription hearing aids stopped working. Unfortunately, her hearing is so bad that the Atom X was not good enough for her needs, but the product itself is great for its intended purposes, just not a fit for my mom. She eventually got her prescription aids fixed so she continued to use those, but these would be useful if she did not have it and her hearing wasn't as bad.

Helpful Assistance with Video Appointment

I bought hearing aids for my older sister. We had trouble with the fit and getting them to stay in her ears. So I requested an appointment to get help with that. Al was wonderful and patient in answering my questions and suggested we try the over the ear model due to my sister’s dexterity issues. He helped explain the exchange process and gave me a number to call him with any questions. Looking forward to receiving the other hearing aids and working with Al to make sure they work for my sister.
