Worked for a little while

Bought these to replace much more expensive hearing aids that were giving me problems. They worked as I expected and I was adjusting to the new sound and settings. The charging pod was working great and suddenly the charging of the hearing aids stopped working. I tried changing the wax protection, but it changed nothing. I am in the process of returning them for repair or replacement. The Support Team has been very courteous and thorough so far.

Very happy with my Atom One hearing aids. Would like to upgrade to the Atom X if anything were to happen to this pair. I recommend Audien Hearing to anyone looking for improvement in their hearing.

The hearing aids work Great. Rokka Yumiko Ruiz was extremely helpful in explaining all aspects of the hearing aids I have, which are Audien Atom Pro 2's.

EASE OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

i PURCHASED TWO OF THESE TWO WEEKS AGO AT A GREAT PRICE, MY PROBLEM WAS MY EAR CANAL WAS TO NARROW FOR THE HEARING AID TO STAY IN THEY WERE FALLING OUT CONSTANTLY. WE ORDER THE BEHIND THE EAR STYLE TO CORRECT HER PROBLEM. THEY WERE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT SHOULD STAY PUT

They worked great but the case wasn’t working for the right ear. Phone support was excellent and confirmed my issue was the case and not the right ear bud.
