Al was friendly and genuine. He advised the right things and that made sense. Thank you :-). unfortunately we will have to visit an audiologist since over the counter hearing aids wont do any good for the condition my father has.

Atom X initial review

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and as of now I do not notice a significant difference but I will continue to try them. The bluetooth function does not have a stable connection so we hard reset it and I will try to see if it is working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
