A little lacking

For my hearing disabilities, the Audien Atom Pro2 didn't function as I was hoping for but not unexpected. For me, the sound was muffled and at times unclear. The ear buds didn't allow for outside hearing which I need. It will be great for someone that has a hearing issue that needs a little increase in volume.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought these after being frustrated with Eargo products. I find these to have a much better battery life. They are also easier to use and maintain.

The training by Ty was well done. We were able to fix the ringing in the right ear after the call. We learned some new features as well. My Dad is enjoying being able to hear better without having to pay thousands of dollars.
