Great Service and product

I got my hearing aids 2 days ago and was having trouble with the charging case sometimes not recognizing either the left or the right hearing aid. I sent a message and Travis called me. He went over all of my concerns and then walked me through how to reset the charger. He then asked if there was anything else and he answered all of my questions. He was very patient with me, was very professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. It was a great conversation. I love my hearing aids, they are easy to use and work wonderfully. I would like to thank Travis for everything he did for me. And I would like to thank Audien for giving us a top notch product at an affordable price. When I submitted my question I expected an email and to get an actual call from someone really meant a lot. Thank you again JIM
