Dealing with Mo this morning, he worked very hard to get the deal that I had been quoted previously by another rep. He truly went over & above to help me with the trade-in return as well as the upgrade sale. Am excited to try the Ion Pro 2's, hoping they meet the expectations.

I was pleasantly relieved to be served by your agent, Rowell, to order a replacement. His patience with an 86 yr old woman was good; the one year warranty gratifying as these aids have given this former band member amazing ability to hear so much better andso affordable.

This is just my second day using the hearing aids, so I'm not so sure yet... Last night we watched TV and I could really hear more clearly. So that was a good sign. I'm definitely not used to having something in my ear, and hearing my own voice is going to drive me crazy until I get used to this. I am hoping that I'll be able to hear my students at school better...
