Mohamed was most helpful. He is sending me smaller ear buds. Hopefully they solve the problem. The hearing aids are too big in my ear.

Help getting the right hearing aids

After trying the AtomX hearing aids, it was obvious my fingers could not manipulate thermal ear domes. My specialist showed me the device without the small domes and will make arrangements to return the AtomX and three packs of maintenance supplies. I will try the model that hooks behind the ear and the dome that fits in the ear. I really want something to work!
