Returned Product But No Refund

It took 60 days to get my return refund resolved but today I was lucky enough to have a sincere and caring lady working this problem. Had this not happened, my next call would have been with the Better Business Bureau. Stephen Hatch

Return of Audien Atom ONE OTC going slowly, although agent assistance was fine. Long Long wait didn’t help much, however.

My husband could not wear them because they made him ears turn red but they were very nice about taking them back.
