I moved since I bought the aids. You did not update my new address in your records. It looks like you are sending the replacement aids to my old address.

This review is a praise and a thank you for my hearing specialist, AL. He was very courteous in waiting for my daughter to get online so we could find out how to use my new hearing aids, one for each ear. I am 89 and lost a lot of hearing when I had a recent car accident. Never have had hearing aids, and not very savvy on using virtual on the phone or a computer. Thanks to my daughter, for helping me. But, AL was such a good teacher that she had the hearing aids working very soon after his instructions. We really liked him, and he is a good hearing specialist, and looks like the hearing aids are going to work for me. I only wore them 4 hours before they started buzzing, and I took them off and charged them. My daugher will insert them again in the morning before church. Thanks again, AL, and hope you get a promotion, and congrats on your upcoming wedding.

I purchased the Ion Pro 2 to replace very worn Rx hearing aids. So far,I am very pleased with them.

I tried these and found them somewhat useless. Didn't fit and the feedback screech was terrible when putting them in or taking them out or even light touching or with some facial movement.
They refunded my money but didn't make it very easy.
The operator that made the final contact was pleasant enough but wasn't up to date on the facts. She was informing me that I would get the full refund which I had received the day before.
Using operators with high pitched voices and fairly strong accents to contact people that had just returned hearing aids is classic incompetence.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All of my questions have been answered and my dad seems pretty comfortable wearing them already. He is hearing everything much clearer without needing to ask “what did you say”.
