My review addresses the support provided by Allan regarding my return. I decided to return the hearing aids in the original package because I decided to continue wearing the ones I already have. Allan asked me to try them for a comparison to my hearing aids. I decided to not try this as the package is undisturbed.

Exceptional service, understood the issues and through a series of questions, visual analysis and patience, Al was able to find the best solution. The only remaining question is can Suzanne get comfortable with the fit versus previous much smaller prescription aids.

I bought this product a month ago but was disappointed with the marketing ploys to sign up for insurance, another spare etc but having talked to Al and his polite demure way of presentation changed my mental attitude for the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
