Seem like they need more development.

I like the fit and comfort of these hearing aids. The ability to adjust the sound levels is great. Unfortunately the are not reliable. Individual sides would shut off, modes would change( conversation to Tv), Bluetooth would shut off. They became a daily nuisance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Al was extremely helpful in explaining how the hearing aids worked. Also, he was very patient in dealing with my husband who has problems with dementia. We are working on getting the most out of these hearing aids.

Mohamed was very pleasant to talk to. I had an issue setting up my hearing aids and he was very patient with helping me get through the issue with my hearing aids. Very nice to work with and efficient.
