Great Service

The one-on-one video help session that Audien allowed me to have with Jourdan Rosero was a great service to offer customers. Jourdan was very professional and easy to converse with. He listened to my comments and questions and he provided me with clear answers to my questions. I felt like i was talking to a friend rather than a computer. I would recommend Audien to anyone that was looking for a reasonably priced hearing aide.

A real person called regarding our situation

We were skeptical of getting hearing aids on line uncase we wanted to return them. I sent an email to support center on Sunday evening and a real person called Monday late afternoon and took care if the return process. We are returning due to they just feel to big in our ears. The quality seemed pretty good. My husband said he could hear better with them than his 3000 dollar pair that are about 4 years old now
