Both Lucy and Nicoli helped me tremendously to get a refund for the 2 sets of hearing aids that I returned. I appreciate their willingness to expedite the process. They are a great asset to have with your company.

My dad had one of his hearing aids, stop working, and LJ and Bram have been very helpful and helping me try to troubleshoot and then process a replacement. Very much appreciated!

Worth Every Penny

This was my first hearing aid and I was so thrilled with the no wires (et) design and the way they immediately helped me to hear. I was also so impressed with the personal availability offered and carried forth. The insurance was great and I received all I needed in help and new supplies. I now have a Pro and recommend highly. The mo mess, no over the ear feature or wires.

Excellent and professional service, communication and presentation. Sound clarity/magnification even on level 1 is hard to get used to. You hear your voice inside your head.
