I have spent MONTHS trying to correct a problem. I have waded through some of the errors of companies more product focused than consumer. I finally found a person willing to dig through history and rectify Audien mistakes and try to orient their errors. Finally I can stop chasing ghosts.
If the CEO Mr Patel would listen to our bent conversation he would understand his organization is bent.

Very happy. But one stop working.
I was told to just send back the defective ones and they will send a replacement. Remember it is the atom pro 2 hearing aids. Atom one does not fit my air canal never wore them so you upgraded them to tha Atom pro two. Thanks. I will send them back as soon as I can. Thanks for telling me the right way to expedite this order in the correct way. Thanks for listening.

Worthwhile

I feel the product is an excellent device however with my sinus issues the device does not work for me. I have ear infections frequently consequently this is an issue with this product.

I just started wearing them 3 days ago. So far so good!!
Jourdan Rosero was excellent at walking me through the use of the Atom X.
