I bought the product in May and experience some improvement and hearing still had some problems with background noise and restaurants, etc. But about two weeks ago, one of the hearing age stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the Atom Pro 2 for awhile now and have been happy with them. I had a problem with the wax guard. When I talked to Will with Audien he was very helpful in trying suggest ways of getting the wax guard out but was unable to do so and he suggested replacing my hearing aides and sent me the instructions and process of getting replacement hear aids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Atom 2 hearing aids and was having trouble with feedback. I talked with LJ & she was very helpful. Working together we could not solve the problem and she set up a video conference. Thanks

The Audien Support was very helpful in the problems I encountered on one of the hearing Aids. I am returning to exchange for a new one, since one of them is not working. Catherine was very thorough in explaining what I should do. I am returning and waiting for a new set and hopefully no more problems in both Hearing Aids.
