I've been using these hearing aids for a week, mainly only in the evening. Im getting used to them as a second pair of hearing aids.

I have very small ear canals, so these hearing aids were too big for me. They just fell out of my ears every time I moved. Leighton V helped me with analyzing the problem and initiated a return for the hearing aids. He was very respectful and efficient. He had great ideas of what I should look for in hearing aids that would benefit me most.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Jordan was very helpful and did a good job explaining procedures and proper fit. I’m looking forward to trying the Atom one, and perhaps exploring the other models as well.
