I bought the Atom X about 2 weeks ago and very happy with the features and wear them directly in the ear and not around the ear.

I phoned to return the Atom X. The person who assisted me was extremely helpful. He walked me through the questions which I needed to complete in order to process the Atom X back to Audien. I believe his help saved me a great deal of time.

I could not use the hearing aides I purchased because of problems with my ear canal. the person who handled my pproblem did an excellent job.

Will Neuman was very polite and pleasant on the phone when I called to request a refund for my Atom One. He was patient when I didn't understand some of the computer terms. (I'm 80 years old). So many businesses make it almost impossible to talk to a real person. It's refreshing to deal with a company like yours. Thanks!
