Great hearing and price!

I have had hearing sids before but like these best and am delighted with them. They fit comfortably and are easy to put in. I don't need the TV to be turned up any more since I'm quite comfortable with the volume the other people in the room are using, and I can hear from the other room as well. Meeting with Carlos was a pleasure. He is kind quick to listen and so easy to understand because he speaks very clearly. I learned about maintenance and the fact that there are many helps on YouTube that I can access too. I just give him and Atom One a great thumbs up thank you so much Carlos and the price is right.

Can hear voices again

I bought this 3 weeks ago and both stopped working then one started working but i talked with specialist and we got the second working

Returning aids that will not stay connected.

I bought these aids a they will not stay connected to Bluetooth. I re- downloaded the app several times and they would not stay connected. The aids themselves are excellent and I could hear very well with them. But when I wanted to change the volume or aid location for better hearing I could do that. A little adjusting on your end with Bluetooth theaidwould be awesome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I actually purchased the Atom 2 hearing aids about a week ago, and had an excellent setup call with A.J. - she really did a great job assisting me.

They are much more comfortable than my own pair, the adjustment feature is great, and now all I have to do is get my old brain to adjust to them . . .
